Beginning

To obviate this source of objection, it a lack that seemed
a necessary one, was the adding to the plan
of the paper instrument itself, a plan for the sale
distribution that is the sale of the paper constituting conveying the title

for the conveying the interest money or dividend money as
it becomes due, into the hands of the holders
of the proposed notes — the proprietors —

to the closest scrutiny, the solidity of the principle,
and the practicability of the undertaking
as well as the solidity of the principle, it
will be a satisfaction to take a view thus early
of the advantage mass of advantage of various kinds which
it holds out to such a multitude of hands,
and in such a variety of shapes to so
immense a multitude of hands.
