2. Of Justifications.

Of the several grounds of Justification in Offences against Individuals.

The several Circumstances any of which are to be deemed
to justify any act which otherwise would be an offence
agaisnt the person of an Individual are these which follow, viz;
1. Consent of the other party.
23. Medical practicse.
3. 2 Precaution against greater calamity mischief.
4. Defence.
5. Domestic power and Subservience thereto.
6. Military power and Subservience thereto.
7. Judicial power and Subservience thereto : or Furtherance of Justice.
8. Sovereign Power and Subservience thereto.
