Abstract
Ch XIII The only particular interests that belong in strictness
to the present enquiry, are those which are
affected by the particular mode of operation employd by the particular proposed
measure. The consideration of those any such
interests as would equally be affected, in whatever
other made were employd, for accomplishing an object the common,
so invariably determined to be accompli are foreign to
the is foreign to the present case.
The particular interests in which it bears,
are of course the several interests concerned in the
species of paper money already in circulation. —
The parties in question are therefore — 1. The Bank
of England. 2. The Country Banking Houses. 3
To which will be added on another account
(although not concerned in the omission of paper
money, but in another account—) 3. The London
Banking Houses of the Metropolis.
