.2. Circulation 1. In the first place the proposed paper will find
customers [to take it out in the way of issue]
3 1. The paper will find customers - the if then will be found to comprize every body To emerge as soon early as possible out of the
cloudy regions clouds of abstraction , shall proceed at
once to present to view a list of different discriptions
of persons whom their respective circumstances
can not but induce for one reason on one account or another
[as the very descriptions employd to distinguish them will shew]
to become purchasers of this proposed paper .
But in these descriptions taken together , every
sort of person whatsoever , every individual whatsoever
that has any thing . the bigger scarce excepted,
will be found to be included: and and to
have proved shewn that every body will be such ready
to t receive the paper in the way of issue , is
already to have proved that every body will be
ready to receive it in the way of circulation :
since by receiving a sum in this shape in the way of
circulation , an advantage which in the way of
issue a man could not obtain without some trouble
[whatever efforts and how successful so ever the efforts
that have been employd to reduce that trouble to
its minimum] is thus poured into his lap without
any trouble .
