Art. 5. Of pursuance of notice the consequences
may be of an ambiguous or mixt character — acquisition
of a positive benefit or simple escape from a burthen,
according to circumstances.

Art. 6 Example Thus Notice to a cointerester to come in
and act with the original pursuer in the character
of a Copursuer. It will not be always in every case preascertainable

Art. 7. An example of a benefit conferring
or benefit announcing notice is notice to receive money.
Money for example at the charge of a party on the

it never will be receivable unless upon utterance
