Of Forgery Definition
1 Forgery defined Forgery is where a man is concerned(A) in doing any thing in the intention<add>(B)</add> of
causing(C) you to believe<add>(D)</add> a writing or other permanent<add>(E)</add> instrumentF of discourse(G)
to have been then contained exhibited the discourse of such
or such another person whose discourse it does not really
contain exhibit</add, not believing it to contain <add>exhibit the discourse of
that person.

by fabrication(K); 2. Forgery by alteration(L); and 3.
Forgery by utterance(M).

An original genuine by fabrication, what An permanent instrument of discourse may be said to have
been made, fabricated or fashioned by the party person
whose discourse it purports to be, where it was he
himself who by his own hands or otherwise by the
immediate exertion of his own physical powers, for
instance by his own hands bestowd on it that form
by virtue of which it is calculated to pass for his discourse,
in the intention - that it should do so. In such
case it may be said to be genuine by fabrication, or creation
