Of Defraudment
1 Defraudment Fraudulent obtainment Cheating or Sharping (a) (a) NOTE To p. 5 is where a man by means
of some falshood (A) which he know to be a
falshood is concerned (B) in obtaining (C) any thing (D) + + or money or money's worth that possesses a value (E)
worth regarding (F), knowing (G) that it possesses such
a value (H), and that he has no right (I) to be
concerned in so obtaining it: intending to dispose (K)

an act of personation, an act of forgery, or an
