Simple Personal Injuries.
To go on with the like measure When no other motiv particular reason appears
for suppor attributing a personal injury to any other
motive, the presumption is that the motive
was hatred or revenge.

unintentional in it's termination is no excuse. This
is where

where the act itself was unintentional in it's commencement
2. The next is where it was unintentional
in it's termination with respect to the eventual object.
3. The next is where it was unintentional
with respect to all damage
The next is where it was unintentional
with respect to the degree of damage eventually
produced
4 The next is where it was not directly but
only obliquely intentional with respect to damage
in general.
5 The next is where it was unintentional
not directly but only obliquely intentional with respect
to the degree of damage eventually produced.
6. The next is where it was directly but not exclusively intentional
with respect to the degree of damage eventually
produced, but not exclusively with regard to lesser degrees.
7. The next is where it was directly intentional
and exclusively with regard to all lesser degrees.
