Pursuar-General The punishments to which a Pursuar-General
is liable for mis-behaviour in the ex relation
to his office are the same as those to which
a judge is liable :. and

A Prosecutor a Pursuar-General depute
or principal, or a Judge or Defender-General
or either of them being privy to any misbehaviour
on the part of the Jud a Pursuar-General
accompanied with evil conscience and not
informing in due time, are punishable as
