Hours for purchasing

No one of person exercising any occupation
in respect of which a licence is required to be taken
out shall exercise such his occupation at any
other time of the four and twenty hours other than
between the hours of and in the morning and
in the afternoon from Michaelmas to Lady
Day both inclusive, and between the hours of

(2)§ 25. And be it further enacted, that no

Purchaser of Rags and Cordage for sale to Paper-makers,
a Purchaser of Second-hand Apparel, Piece-Goods and
Remnants for sale, an Itinerant Purchaser of Second-hand
Apparel, Piece-Goods and Remnants for sale, a Purchaser
of Second-hand Naval Stores for sale, a Wholesale Purchaser
of second-hand Metals for sale, a Retail Purchaser
of Second-hand Metals for sale, a Purchaser of
Second-hand Metals of persons in general for melting
or working up, a Purchaser of Second-hand Building
Materials for sale, a Keeper of Draught Carts for

Secondhand Goods
a Keeper of Hand
-Carts for Second hand
Goods, a Seller of Forfeited
Pledges, or a Purchaser
of Ships Stock for sale, or a Slaughterman
and
Boiler

Dealer in second hand Naval stores, Wholesale Dealer in Papermakers,
materials, Retail Dealer in
Paper-makers materials,
a Dealer

Dealer in Second-hand Apparel, made up Piece-Goods

respectively shall exercise such his occupation at the
