And Be it further enacted that in
In the case where any of the such metals, semi-
metals or metallic mixtures as aforesaid shall come shall be cast

shall have been so smelted or molten cast as aforesaid
without exhibiting any such marks as to his shall shall on the his

to be sufficiently distinctive, it shall be lawful for the
