Indication if the Board
a necessary wish on the
part of the Committee
The existence of Your Committee is precarious: but
momentary its dissolution is apparently evidently at hand.

pursued its enquiries with
too much zeal not to
have begot in a multitude
of words an impatience
for the arrival of that
period
the wish which on this ground it has indicated
as requisite to be performed by somebody it is altogether incompetent
to of itself. That wish To the attainment
of the work task is continuity of attention
and thence a continuity of existence is evidently
indispensable. It is an exertion beyond
what has been usual in Committees, but
an exertion from which Your Committee
could not regard themselves as warranted in
declining. shrinking from. — the mak printing out a set of
possible with powers adequate to the
task, and at the same time furnishing them
with a few hints which may not be found
unuseful for their guidance. The picture
