Forgery is where a man is concerned in making

or uttering any spurious writing or other permanent instrument of dis-
course knowing it to be spurious and with intent that it shall pass
for genuine; or altering materially any such instrument with in-
tent that it shall pass as if unaltered.

[(B) Making] Fabricating That is, giving to the thing in question that form, what-Making, what—
