may have been reposed, to proceed upon mere
presumptions, and without some more express permission.
He will therefore wait for an answer till tomorrow
is over before he sends Mr Eden's note to the press.
He is however too sensible of the value of Mr
Eden's time at all junctures, but particularly the present,
to request an answer in either both events. Silence will be
taken for acquiescence. A single 'No' [(on the back of this note but it must be an
