Tothill Fields Inclosure Bill

regulate the manner and Propotion in which the dividends of the Money to
be invested upon the said Stock shall be applied when and as the same
shall become due and payable And as to the said Lot B It shall or may
be lawful to and for the said Commissioners or Referees to ascertain settle and
adjust the satisfaction if any which shall be made by the said Dean and
Chapter to the said united Parishes in respect of their Interest in the said
Portion of waste comprized in the said Lot B and also the satisfaction
which shall be made by the said Dean and Chapter to the said Rector of
St. Johns in respect of his Interest as Tythe owner in the said waste.

And as to the said Lot C after deducting therefrom and setting
out so much thereof in the room of the present Poor House in manner herein
before and hereinafter mentioned. It shall or may be lawful to or for the
said Commissioners or Arbitrators to ascertain and settle the Proportion of any
of such Part of the Land of Lot C as in situate within the said Parish
of St. John which shall be allotted to the said Lot C or otherwise to
ascertain and settle the Compensation which shall be made to the said Rector
and his Successors in heir of the said Tythes of the said Lot C and also the
