s.d Act in the room of cert.n p—sons in the s.d Report named & that the s.d Supervisors
had thought it necessary to having made strict Exam—on of the most eligible spots in the
neighbourhood of London & par—larly on the Banks of the River Thames whereon to
erect such Penitenty Houses & af.r havg. spent some time in that equiry reported
to the L.d Chancellor & the o.r p—sons before ment.d accord.g to the direct.ns of the s.dAct
two spots in the neighbourhood of each othe namely Wandsworth Field for the — Penitentiary
