What is done in before is done either in defence of 'ones' self or in defence of another a third person: and the attack is either against the person of the party on his perceptions.

IF you can not thus make him desist and you leave no cheaper way of serving yourself from being killed or mourned or incurably disabled or disgarded in any part, you may kill him.
