being to view the face of utility public interest only on one
side: so as just to give intimation of the advantages
that may might be derived seem likely capable
of resulting from the expedients brought in under
review, without drawing striking any ballance or so much
as drawing any parallel between the advantageous
side of the account and the disadvantageous. I care not whether
it be practicable in
this or that particular
nation in particular:
I care not even whether for at the present
it be practicable any
where. Let no man
then on account of it's
not being practicable in
his own [particular] nation,

to condemn
me for having brought
it into view] think it ridiculous
in me to have
brought it into view:
my business is not with
his nation, but with
mankind.
