Clause B

And also All that Piece or Parcel of
Waste Land commonly known or called by
the name of Tothill Fields as aforesaid,
containing by estimation fifty seven eight Acres,
be the same more or less, or such part thereof
as in case of an inclosure or division
thereof to be made by authority of Parliament
or other lawful and competent authority shall by
like lawful or under such authority be also<L/add> allotted to the purpose
us of the said intended Penitentiary
Establishment to be added to the several other
Pieces or Parcels of Land hereinbefore and
herein after mentioned for the purpose to the
end that <add>out of the same may or such of them
as may shall come to be purchased in
virtue of those presents under and by the
authority of the said Act there may be
composed such a spot of ground as w taken
altogether shall be convenient and sufficient
for the said purpose
