be of use.

The other two will be useful as a supplement,
and at the worst as a succedaneum
to the former. It will doubtless be more satisfactory
to the subject to know that he may have obtain
a certainty of having his complaints or desires
attended to by the Sovereign himself, than merely to know
that he may have has that imperfect chance of
being attended to which the publication of them
can afford to them.
