At parting, in July last Jonte informed me that by agreement
between him and Rivadaria he was Jonte was to translate the work or
Political Fallarces (Sophismes) which forms the 2d of the tres Volumes
entituled Tackque des Assemblees Politiques. Meantime a Spaniard.
Don Pedro Razan de Mendoza, Professor of Law in the University of St
Jago in Gallicia& end Member of the Royal Academy of Public Law at Madrid in the
time of King Joseph had been before hand with him : he, sometime
ago finished his a translation of the principal works in
