Within this About a twelvemonth he has ago I read in heard from the
Newspaper his marriage with a lady not known to
me and with her he is established for some time at
Paris (an abode place of abode which the state of his finances render a rather more
convenient abode one than London) occupied on the completion
of his history of the Spanish Revolution as above
mentioned. The direction he gave me t'other day is
N<hi rend="superscript">o 26 Rue des Moulines.</hi>
The liberty I am thus taking with you is a part
altogether unasked and unexpected. it would be a real satisfaction
to me to bring together two men in the letters to D. de la Rouchef[oucaul]t insert in their different spheres so worthy of
each other: but I would not attempt here more respect
every respect for both of you forbad my annoying either of
you by a letter of introduction, which I have not no title to give, and the which it might be unpleasant
to me to recur, or the other to deliver: should
therefore any intercourse have place, it is with you that
it will commence.
