As for my own part, leaving all my life long been accustomed
to regulate my own personal expenses upon a
scale of the strictest closest frugality, my own personal expenditure
during that time was as in an nothing — not a tenth part of his
formed a very small part indeed of the aggregate disbursement:

3. Extra Housekeeping expenses during the part of the year 1792, the Years 1793,
1794, 1795 and 1796.

My own housekeeping expenses had always
been conducted up[on a scale of necessary frugality not to
say penury corresponding to that of my personal more expenses.
For some years to my father's death 14s a week
for my lodging in a farm house at Hendon with 7s a week
more for diet, and washing then with no other addition than that of
