Metasylum will give settle him a new Settlement in this the
whole Parish the Metasylum happens to be is which it is situated:

a ,del>heavy and continually accumulating burthen, the weight
of which, if suffered to rest upon any one Parish, might
to many a Parish be a intolerable. This burthen too
might, in the hands of any one who had such an establishment
of this like the Metasylum to set up, be a means of
laying under contribution all forevery Parish near
London, or indeed any where else, but one, and of
that one.
