Power of Entry
on payment
of the £6600
and publication
of notice in the
premises
Sect. III entitled Purchase of Land.
Art. 1. The said Such Contract being as abovementioned
being duly signed, and duplicate thereof filed as
abovementioned, and the said Sum of £6600
duly paid as herein after mentioned under with the said
consideration of each contingent/eventual addition as is also herein after mentioned, the said Jeremy Bentham [+] [+] or any person duly
named by nominated by his
Majesty and
appointed Governor
of the said
intended Penitentiary
House may forthwith in person
or by any Agent follow at any time within two
years from the passing of this Act make entry
upon the premises or any part thereof said thereby taking
take seisure and possession of the same: which said entry and
, may prevent thereof fix by a
stake planted in the ground, a notice written <add>taking of seizure and possession may be performed</add>
on point ineligible choose his in sufficiently according to
the Form <add>marked [B.1.] hereunto subjoined: immediately
upon which entry and publication for so made the

Successor shall be deemed not
only to have seizin thereof of such parcel in
fee simple as against the owner or owners, but

parcel so entered
upon thereof as against subject
to the indemnity herein after mentioned, as against the occupant or occupants, in the same manner
as if such possession had been duly delivered to him
in pursuance of a writ of Habere facias Possessionem.
