Art. 6 7. The said Jeremy Bentham, at</del. on the expiration
of his Governorship, either whether by deed or will
death or amotion, may moreover dispose of the
make settlement of the said funds to the said
uses either by Deed or Will, subject always to
the <add>said</add> superintending power of the said Courts of the said Courts as
aforesaid: and in default of such appointment
aforesaid abovementioned aforesaid: which settlement shall, in default of the
said Jeremy Bentham, be made by order
of the said Courts.
