1821 March 5 Matter Imployed.
Rid Yourselves of Introduction
[mark] 1.Anger deprecated
1.
Per Demosthenes, halter
on neck, strangle, but
first hear me. On my
neck I feel this halter
fastened by those first
words.
My game deep: for
50 years labour, from
you sweetest hopes:
these F'sake, to rid you
of your most oppressive
burthen. He who feels
anger, by the warmth of
it let him judge of the
zeal that could expose
a man to it. When heard,
take from me your good
opinion if you can, and
thus strangle me.
[mark]. 2. Order pursued.
1.
If in error, see whether
I am singular.
The opinion now
mine, was already in
1787 Ao of your rulers:
derived not from sinister
interest or prejudice,
but facts and irrefragable
conclusions: time, when
submission was universal.
2.
Order here pursued:
1. Account of the Reporter
of that state of opinions
2. The Report.
3. Reporters own opinion.
4. Mine Ao 1793 in the
case of France, with
the reasons.
5. Mine Ao 1821, as per
positions: proofs in so
many sections.

[mark]. 3. Reporter of Spanish Ruler:
Opinion 1788, Jo.ph Townsend.
1.
The Report is in Townsends
Journey through Spain
1786 and 1787. Vol. 3.d,
2.d Edition. 1792. London:
date of 1st unknown:
supposed 1788. For reference,
another copy
sent to in hopes of
its being translated, as
conveying a more comprehensive
and unfallacious
representation
of the state of your country
than anyone durst
give in it.
