In this Bill may be seen Section 107 a
Schedule. In Section 1 in the preamble
in the accustomed form with the word "Whereas followed
immediately by the words "it is expedient, then propositn
is deliverd there" it is expedient" (says th Bill) "that the means should
"be the people of this Realm, of having their suits tried
"as speedily, and as near to their own homes as
"may be, whereby expense, vexation and delay may
"be avoided"

From of these words, it is sufficiently manifested that
the purpose is, to indue in the part of of these same
