Art. 11 IV. Purpose Damage prevention. According to the source
of the damage this purpose is into the
three following: to wit may be 1. Calamity damage - preventive;
2. Delinquency damage preventive; purposes: 3. Absenteeship

Art.13. For prevention of the commencement
calamity — that preventing of the commencement or of the
continuance of it as the case may be — application

service needed, powers such as belong to the Judge, and
not to the those two other functions respectively are necessary
then it is to the Judge alone that application will be to
be made: and if it be made to either of those other functionaries
the applicant will by them be referred to the nudge.
