Art. 14. Absenteeship

of proprietary care:

Art. 14 By the absenteeship damage preventive
purpose understand that which has place where is in
liable to have place for want of proprietary care: the
proprietor, being absent<d/el> known or unknown, distant from the spot proprietor,
in question person having no other person at hand with sufficient authority
to take charge of it in such manner as to or stop the
