§. Insanity curative function Art. 10. Subsidiary functions: functions subsidiary to the recordative

Enactive. Instructional Art. 3. If from the information received as per §. Insanity recordative function it appears to the Local Registrar that the supposed insane person can not consistently with without without danger either to others or to him or herself be left in a state of corporal personal liberty, he will pronounce an a provisional appropriate provisional operative decree and imperative order, declaring under the charge of what person he or she shall be placed in a state of temporary confinement, and under what mode of confinement. Name of such person the such person so appointed the Comm or say temporary Guardian Temporary Insanity-Guardian. Name of the instrument, Insanity Guardian temp order temporary Guardianship Order.
