4 Art. 4. Consequence. Left without protection of law on this occasion the property of the vase majority

This being the case all persons who can interested in a mass of effects which after defraying the expence will not afford a surplus are without the benefit whatever it may be of the law which has or is supposed to have place a relation to this subject.
