Act 9. To any such minute, it rests with the writer, or any one else, to give publicity, in what form and to what extent, he thinks fit: and the writer will do well, if it be an Immediate Indicatory, so cause deposit in the Appellase Indicatory, one , and transmill another to the Justice Minister: if in an Appellase Indicatory, a to the Justice Minister.

Act. 10 Every person who, for the purpose of eventual complaint, makes or causes make any such minute, does so under his responsibility: and punishmentexposing himself to eventual punishment as for injurious vexation, should the complaint be deemed frivolous or false: especially should the falsehood be deemed to have accompanied, - not with mere rashness, but with evil consciousness: that is to say the consciousness that the statement isof it's , in the whole, or in any part, materially false.
