All judges depute
as well as principal
liable to corruption
Supposing been constantly uncorrupt, and without repentant
and active, a bridle check upon to such mal-practice will it is time
be opposed by the probity and vigilance and activity of the
Judge. But all Judges, Depute as well as principal will not
be equally in uncorrupt uncorrupt, and in that case supposing him to
be in certain terms of in with those official Code is
either of them, by a in the proper repectively made by this
his vigilance might with but too much facility be laid asleep.
