than from capital, and income derived from capital.

To the account of burthen will be composed the
expence of maintenance to afforded by the party to such dependants as belong
to him, deduction made of such earnings if any, as they are in
the habit of making. Of such dependants as following
1. In case of a married man, his wife.
2. His children such of them as are under age, and
3. Any helpless Grandparent or other Progenitor or in
with whose maintenance he is obligatorily or habitually charged.
