which are Let it shall & may be lawful for the sd Comrs to appoint
a Surveyor to view ye sd Premises; and the Person or Persons appealing
shall if He she or they think proper, appoint one other Survey for that
purpose, and in case such two Surveyors shd not agree in the value
of the Premises; It shall & may be lawful of & for the Surveyors
to appoint to view the places whose determination upon
oath shall be final, and the sd Comrs shall apportion the Rate
according to such Determination.

Provided always & Enacted, that it shall & may be lawful
to & for the Vestry of any Parish within the sd City & Lib'ty to raise with
their respive Parishes by a Rate or Assessmt to be made by the
Vestry of such respive Parishes, such Sum & Sums of money as
shall be the sd Comrs be assessed & charged upon such respive
Parishes; Provided Noice of such Intention or Desire be given
to the sd Comrs by the Vestry Clerk of such Parish respively on or before
the and provided such may be from time to time
be deemed to be paid, & paid to the Trea'r to the sd Comrs
at such Times & in such manner as the sd Comrs shall
appoint & direct, and the trustees of such respive Parishes
agreeding as afsd, may & shall & are hereby enabled to
make a Rate & assessmt upon their respive parishes, &
cause the same to be collected in such manner as they
shall think proper, appointing proper Persons to Collect
the same, and the Persons collecting such Rate, shall be allowed
out of the monies so collected, a or Payment for
collecting the same not exceeding in the Pound.

Comrs are to borrow & take up any Sum or Sums of
not exceeding £130,000 within the first year, or £100,000
in any one year afterwards upon the Credit of the Rates to be
made by virtue of the Act.
