§.3. Of the Army Minister.

Art. 1. To the Army Minister, under the Legislature
and the Prime Minister, it belongs to give, at all times,
execution and effe3ct, to the matter of the M
Army Code: Ch. and to the temporary orders from time to
time emanating from the Prime Minister.

Art. 2. To In regard to the professional army , to this purpose it belongs to him, to exercise,
under the direction of the Prime Minister, as to all persons, in so far as employed in the business of any part of the army army business,
of the professional army, the locative, suppletive, directive, and dislocative function; as to his own office, the suppletive function; as
to things, in so far as thus employed, the procurative, custodative,
applicative, reparative, and diminitive functions; as to persons
and things, the inspective; as to persons things and occurrences, things belonging the statistic and recordative; as to nature
of things, ordinances and arrangements, the melioration-suggestive.

Art. 3. So, likewise in particular the instructive function: as exercised by
directions given in relation to the military exercise, whether singly
performed or in bodies.
