Expositive Art. 3. When by any person application is made to a Judge as such, it is made by him either on his own Art. 2. Judiciary Applicants are is either 1. principally account, or on account of some other person or persons or , if or 2. on that is to say 2. principal some one who or on both accounts , or say a joint account. If on his own is the principal In so far as it is on his own account, his denomination be principal judiciary applicant: in so far as on account of any other person, assistant judiciary applicant.
A principal Judiciary Applicant is any person who for whatever purpose addresses himself to a Judge, as such. For the def of What the functions are which are commonly exercised by a Judge, is for this purpose the present occasion sufficiently understood by every body: for a definition see the next Section.
Instructional Art. 4.
