III. Functions, exercised commonly by the instrumentality
of ministerial subordinated.
1. Accusative: exercisedin compliance with an by incidental imperative
decree, sent for example to a party or extraneous evilness,
requiring enduring his attendance at the Judicatory
2. Servitative:exercised, by search made for or on the body of a
person or thing, or both.
3. Prehensive: exercised, by possession taken of a
person or a thing, on both.
4. Sistitive: exercised by keeping the subject matter of the prehension, at above, atprehended <add>person or thing - object</add> object at the place at which it has been prehended.
5. Adductive: exercised, by bringing the person or
the thing it to the Judicatory.
