Ch. XIV Immediate Judges Immediate Deputes permanent.
§.1. Fields of service.
Enactive Art. 1. Of a Judge Depute in an Immediate Judicatory the local field of service is the same as that of the Judge Principal.
Thus in an Immediate, so in an Appellate Judicatory.
Enactive Art. 2. So, exceptions excepted, the logical field. As in an Immediate, so in an Appellate Judicatory.

3 Exceptions 1. Power of representing an act of the Legislatures as anticonstitutional, as per Ch. VI. §.2.
4 2. Power of locating a subordinate; urging excepted, and until location of successor a principal.

Enactive Art. 3. Exception 1. To a Judge Depute permanent belongs not the power given by Ch. VI. Legislature §.2. to the Judge Principal: namely that of representing an act of the Legislature as being anticonstitutional: ☞ # Confront this with the other.
