Sect. 75, 70, §. 75, §.80. Compared with each other and with
the whole of § Section 75 the two clauses of which this
Section §. 70 is composed present a curious enough
spectacle of indistinctness and inconsistency.
In what ways by the provision in the first part
of this Section the process of distribution is retarded
has been seen already: and whereupon immediately
and without so much as a semicolon for a separation a resting-place,
"every and every such Agent shall,
so far as he is able, complete the distribution of
such proceeds within three months from the time of
commencing the same. The It is in the retardation
of this process that whatsoever efficient power he
has in his hands is occupied as above: while for
expediting it the expedient instrument employed consists in this
vague and naked and imbecille imperative saying
