Art 63 on receiving a position from wither that effect,
the Executive Chief appoints a day, on which in person or
by deputy he takes cognizance of the dispute, and decides in
consequence.

Art. 74 Exceptions are - The offices belonging to the army, the offices belonging to the navy11.

Art.1. Saving exceptions, in each department each and in every
functionary subordinate to have the same powers at those given
by Ch.8.§. to the Prime Minister, and with the same responsibility.

Art.2. Any such Subordinate so dealt with, may appeal
from such his immediate Superordinate to the Superordinate
above
