once been unwise enough to step aside out of
the straight path of probity impose upon themselves,
is that of making perpetually perpetual sacrifice properpetually recurring
and often inevitable sacrifice of truth upon
the altar of security: and I know already by
a but too well confirmed experience, how little such such is the cost of
sacrifices cost to men a class of in a situation which
the law itself — the same law which is so anxious
to know bring into the blaze of day the words and
actions of all other men has in its wisdom
or in its haste inserted endued with irresponsibility
in that sense of the that too ambiguous though frequent
and important term, in which impunity is the
fruit of it.
