But ever and anon a Jury has been seen, the concurrence consent
of which has been refused to the lab mass of law.
In so far as this refusal has given the oath taken by the twelve
men in question has been com violated and so many perjuries
have been committed. But the perjury is the rock on which
every thing that is least bad in the form of government in which sea
any thing, that is good as founded.
