Damnification — remedies prevention or suppression
2. Injunctive Belt to stay waste. On giving adequate
security for compensation in case of , the waste might be stopt
by Notice given on the the author of the
waste arrested and brought to London the Judicatory at the Metropolis. At present<lb?>which the Bill is drawing and the et ceteras going on, the
wrongdoer is going on undisturbed in his plan of waste, and
where the mischief and that perhaps irreparable have been committed
it is that the injunction the inhibitive order of the
judicatory him.

3. Injunction Bill to stay proceedings action at law at Common Law
Court. More commonly not to say always the object
of an application of this sort is neither more nor less, than
