such evidence as in so far as credited is fit to constitute
or help constitute the grounds of a decree in the question of
fact. See merely indicative evidence.

under stand such evidence as although credited would not
be fit to constitute the ground of the decision as the question of
fact not acceptunless it be in certain particular cases which require to
be specified to help constitute to ground: but which
may at the same time be relevant and more or loss useful
