Altogether unnatural in thinking are the distinctions
between the several case designated respectively by the appellation
of possession – ac right apparent right of possession, actual right of
possession and right of property: but of the state of thought
in the widely time called feudal , sprang the
pretences for making these distinctions.

them: precarious the success of the attempt.
