8. That whatsoever may be the amount of such defalcation, still
the said proposed system remains in the whole compasses of it in a
state of couple dual opposition to the uncontested and
ends of justice, having if not first object its sure and altogether
indisprovable effect, the compliance so long as it shall sustain
an operation the continuance of the needless delay, sale and denial
of justice
