on as in regard to obligations: especially when he comes to see
that the right which the King has can by no other means be
understood than by means of the rights which he himself has.

The right which an individual has to the hat he has on
his head, is of more immediate and importance to him
than the right which the King has to his crown. The mattering by which
the individual right is and conferred is more simple than
than that be which the
Kings right is created and
conferred: the operation of
explained will be fund more
easily intelligible to
like manner the obligation<lb?>which the individual
is under from</del of abstaining
from without consent with what not to him — with the lust for example that belongs to another individual, compared with the obligation
which the King is under as to the calling of Parliament.
