3 With these two Reinquiries and motions, for new trials Reinquiry may be carried on as long as six and eightpence remain in the pocket of either party
or if fluxions will make the matter clearer, you may put a dot over or under year x; and this, after extraction made from the pockets in and side extraction made of several times the maximum (namely £100), capable of being in this way brought into dispute, the system of reinquiries may endure as long as a 6s.8d remains in the pocket of the least opulent of the contesting parties: which 6s.8d being absorbed the victory will remain in the hands to the labours of the services, the Plaintiff or the Defendant as the case may be
4 Moreover every order subject to review by motion
Moreover and by this same Section (§.70) every order (be they as many as will) made by this same Judge without a Jury, "may be subject to review by motion as above.

5 This the first review comes now a new series of reinquiry
This same assemblage of enquiries the number and value of which, we have thus determined to be = x, call it the first series.
Comes now a new a second series to be mounted upon the shoulders of the first.
6 1st Power to Judge to postpone trial as to matter of fact
New series Reinquiry 1 — §.71. Power to Judge to "postpone the trial of such matters of "fact as he thinks fit" (that is to say if "each and every such matter of fact until the next sitting." Next sittings what? next after what? It can not be the next day or next sitting day after that in which the order is made for such postponement: for if that day were the only one, it might not be long enough to hold the half the questions in the part of the whole number of them.
